Application & Dues

Membership dues are set by the room size and range from $230 - $510 per month. There are single and double rooms available. The rooms are unfurnished or partially furnished.

• Meal plan: $50 per person per month (including dinners Sun-Thurs, runs during school year)
• Utilities: $95 per person per month (We reserve the right to adjust utility cost in the event of unforseen gas price increases.)
• Parking: Street parking is difficult to find in the area. If you want to reserve a parking spot downtown, we suggest you contact us directly for suggestions & possibilities. Although a reserved space is more expensive, it will guarantee you a spot, whereas a street permit does not.
